» TFS Migration and Synchronization Toolkit
The TFS Migration and Synchronization Toolkit helps you build custom tools that enable migration and synchronization with other version control and work-item tracking systems. This toolkit is currently available as a shared source project on CodePlex.
The toolkit currently ships with two reference implementations that can be used as models for building custom migration tools. These samples are also fully functional tools that can be used to synchronize SharePoint document libraries and lists with Team Foundation Server version control and work items respectively.

TFS Bug Item Synchronizer is an tool which allows testing and development teams to work together using tools built for their usage. Testers enter defects in Quality Center and when defect is created and updated into TFS, developer can fix it, link all changes to it and mark it as fixed. After this the tester will continue process on Quality Center side to verify the fix.

Testers will only need to use Quality Center and developers TFS, no need to have both applications on both teams as this tool works totally on the server side.
